Key responsibilities include: - Leading smaller accounts (£50,000–£80,000 revenue) with input from senior team members or supporting larger accounts as needed. - Liaising with clients on project progress; compiling weekly status reports; ensuring projects stay on schedule. - Overseeing development and delivery of materials; coordinating scheduling with Creative, Digital, Client Services and Editorial teams; ensuring purchase orders are raised for subcontractors and suppliers. - Maintaining high quality through checks prior to final QC. - Supporting the account lead in gathering feedback and measuring client satisfaction.
