Point Wild is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and lead our cloud infrastructure and continuous delivery on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will own the reliability, scalability, and security of production environments, ensuring zero-downtime deployments and robust release pipelines. You will advance DevOps practices by codifying infrastructure, automating release management, and enforcing security and compliance standards in a high-trust, outcome-driven team. Core responsibilities include: designing and operating GCP/GKE infrastructure; implementing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and GitOps workflows using Atlantis; building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and ArgoCD; managing networking, service mesh (Istio), and API gateways (Kong) for secure traffic; implementing observability through telemetry, logging, and alerting; enforcing security posture (VPC-SC, IAM, policies), managing secrets, and participating in on-call rotations. Requirements include: deep GCP and Kubernetes experience; Terraform with GitOps; CI/CD expertise; networking/service mesh skills; enterprise security and identity management; experience with Cloud SQL, BigQuery, and in-cluster datastores (Elasticsearch or ClickHouse); strong English for both written and spoken communication.
