Staff Product Manager is sought to own the end-to-end product direction for multi-location and multi-brand hospitality platforms on the Mews platform. This is a remote-first role with locations across Spain, the United Kingdom, and Czechia (Remote OK). You will set strategy, build the case for what to invest in next, and elevate the product craft of the team around you, not just ship features. You’ll work directly with a technical Director and a fast-moving team solving problems that matter to businesses operating at scale. Your mission includes: owning the product direction for how Mews serves multi-location and multi-brand businesses; leading the strategy and investment case for ambitious product bets; making hard trade-off decisions in close partnership with senior engineers; leading discovery across genuinely different customer types and turning it into a clear roadmap; coaching and raising the bar for the product managers and builders around you; and representing this product area in broader company planning and strategy.
