You will prioritize work based on business value and contribute to shaping the retail roadmap and broader program goals while balancing stakeholder requests with team capacity. Responsibilities include owning the backlog, defining story readiness, working with stakeholders across store operations and regional teams, leading Agile ceremonies, coordinating UAT and release validation, and aligning delivery with the product vision. The role also covers demand intake, planning preparation, and ensuring successful store/clienteling rollouts.
