Version 1 is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead large, complex, multi-workstream cloud transformation programs for AWS ProServe in the Public Sector. Responsibilities include: designing and implementing scaled Agile frameworks for large engagements; establishing program-level ceremonies; coaching engagement managers and team leads; managing dependencies; establishing Agile Centers of Excellence; governance and reporting for executives; rescuing distressed programs; and driving continuous improvement. You will lead strategic program leadership, including development of delivery strategies using Agile, SAFe, DevOps, Cloud Adoption; leading cross-geography teams; negotiating scope and timelines; and applying change management principles to enable transformation.
