Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Champion site reliability engineering culture and document knowledge for internal forums and communities.
Lead initiatives to improve the reliability and stability of applications and platforms using data‑driven analytics to improve service levels; proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Define comprehensive service level indicators and collaborate with stakeholders to establish reasonable service level objectives and error budgets.
Leverage enterprise‑authorized AI capabilities to accelerate major incident triage, troubleshooting, and post‑incident analysis, while handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact during major incidents; identify and resolve issues quickly to minimize business impact.
Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship in one or more domains.
Lead reuse‑first adoption of AI‑assisted reliability workflows across the SDLC/toolchain (CI/CD quality checks, test/validation automation, operational readiness) ensuring traceability, resiliency, and security controls.
Formal training or certification in SRE concepts and 5+ years of applied experience across global regions as described.
