Ardent Principles is seeking a Cyber Security Project Manager to lead enterprise security initiatives in Chantilly, Virginia. This full-time, on-site role requires active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph and will oversee cyber security engineering, information security, or network engineering activities, including coordinating cyber testing, analyzing results, and preparing accreditation materials that meet stringent assurance standards. You will decompose functional requirements into technical specifications, produce detailed documentation supporting secure system design and certification, and lead the enterprise security accreditation efforts. The role involves writing concepts of operations (CONOPS), system security plans (SSPs), and other materials to support accreditation, as well as developing risk assessments and certification reports. Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, knowledge of networking, Linux/Windows, log analysis, malware detection, and A&A processes are essential. Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools and security testing, along with the ability to identify necessary improvements and mitigations, is required. Highly desired, but not mandatory, are experience creating integrated master schedules and working with offensive cyber security practices, and the ability to clearly explain protocols and procedures to varied audiences.
