The role will involve talent sourcing across job boards, social media, networking events, and industry forums; resume screening and initial interviews; building relationships with candidates and hiring teams; developing and executing effective recruitment strategies; creating compelling job postings; conducting in-depth assessments of technical skills and cultural fit; coordinating candidate selection with project teams; supporting onboarding; and maintaining a strong talent pool for future opportunities. Requirements include 2–4 years of craft recruitment experience in the construction industry, knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, welding, and excellent communication, networking, organization, problem-solving, and technology skills.
