This role leads the product team responsible for the platforms that help members get covered and receive support, including coverage data integrations and APIs, billing and payment workflows, and the tools used by the support teams to resolve member issues. You will set the vision and strategy for a critical part of Oscar's operating model, modernize legacy tooling, improve the end-to-end member and agent experience, and ensure platforms scale through seasonal peaks. This is a cross-functional role working with Engineering, Operations, Data, Design, and business leadership to translate complex systems into actionable priorities.
