Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – Mortgage Domain Contract: 12+ months Overview: The Senior Business Analyst will ensure that deliverables meet business and quality requirements and will use multiple methodologies to analyze and decompose complex requirements into comprehensive test cases.

Key Responsibilities: - Leverage extensive mortgage domain experience to collaborate with business users and financial analysts. - Interview customers to analyze, clarify, and document business processes and requirements. - Define and assist in resolving business and technical challenges. - Lead meetings with business and technical teams to drive project completion. - Plan and manage project scope and ongoing maintenance. - Support projects through initiation to implementation and conduct post-implementation reviews. - Develop and document user acceptance test cases based on requirements. - Prepare instructional materials and update user documentation reflecting modifications. - Establish project scope and BA policies and procedures. - Write and execute SQL queries. - Test external-facing web applications. - Experience in both B2B and B2C environments. - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Additional duties as assigned.
