Project Manager – TPP.

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a multi-phase program spanning Phases 0–3 in the United States on-site. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining the program plan in line with PMO practices, managing governance cadences, and tracking milestones across the overlap phases. You will actively manage the RAID log and drive risk mitigation, coordinate vendor delivery teams, and work with leadership, platform owners, data stewards, and QA resources. You will own budget tracking and the burn-down against the approved not-to-exceed, with early escalation of variances. You will chair and support governance activities (kickoff, weekly status, executive steering, design workshops, risk reviews, closeout) and produce weekly status, budget, resource utilization, milestone completion, and executive reporting. You will manage dependencies, enforce scope and exclusions, and lead the transition into the ongoing DataOps service, delivering the final project closure report.
