This on-site role focuses on leading classroom management and curriculum implementation (classroom instruction comprising at least 50% of the weekly schedule). You will communicate with families to support child achievement, mentor new hires and fellow teachers, and assume Director or Assistant Director duties in the absence of center leadership. You will ensure daily care in accordance with licensing guidelines and company standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in a licensed childcare facility, demonstrated leadership of a classroom, and the ability to meet state or accreditation requirements for education and experience. College credits toward Early Childhood Education or Child Development or a CDA are preferred. The role requires the ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
