Overview: The Staff Accountant supports the Finance Department with general accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, inventory, and production reporting. The role also assists with month-end close through journal entries and reconciliations.

Assist with period-end close process, journal entries, and reconciliations
Assist with annual budget process
Involvement with periodic physical inventory counts
Assist with fixed asset and lease accounting
Data entry and support for accounting staff in accounts payable, receivable, billing/invoicing, inventory, production and financial statement preparation
Manage competing priorities and work under pressure
Collaborate effectively with others
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or actively pursuing a relevant degree
At least 2 years of accounting experience
Proficient with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team player with ability to work across departments
Regularly sits, stands, walks, and moves in office/manufacturing environments; frequent computer use; occasional bending, stooping, reaching and lifting up to 20 pounds
Reliable attendance with willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, nights, weekends, and
