Senior Digital Product Manager to drive the software product roadmap for a suite of lab operations, research and development, and bioinformatics tools at Natera. This role translates clinical, business, and scientific requirements into executable product features, prioritizes the backlog, and collaborates with R&D, design, engineering, clinical product managers, and operations to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Develop the product strategy and roadmap for your product line.
- Communicate with senior stakeholders to champion the roadmap and gain buy-in for product plans.
- Transform business, market, and clinical requirements into executable product requirements.
- Own and prioritize a feature backlog in line with the strategic roadmap.
- Act as a subject matter expert and create a shared understanding across business and technical teams.
- Produce deliverables such as flow diagrams, data models, prototypes, and wireframes.
- Define success metrics and measure product outcomes.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure best-in-class user experience.
- Integrate quality-focused design with development and software QA.
- Solicit user feedback and channel new requirements back into development.
- Evangelize the product across the organization and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- 5+ years of software product management experience, ideally in healthcare IT or biotech.
- Experience conceptualizing and delivering best-in-class software experiences.
