With production facilities in the United States and Europe, we deliver high-quality solutions to customers across the U.S. We are expanding our Supply Engineering team and seek an experienced Supply Engineering Team Lead to scale operations, optimize procurement processes, and lead a high-performing team. This is a full-time leadership role available remotely or on-site at our Brooklyn, New York office. Responsibilities: - Lead a team of four Supply Engineers; assign tasks; ensure on-time delivery. - Oversee procurement operations: launch production, plan inventory, prepare material lists, verify specifications, track changes, and ensure documentation is complete before production and shipments. - Manage supplier relationships across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia; negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules; monitor performance. - Collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, Engineers, Estimators, Warehouse, and Installation teams; support engineering changes and material substitutions; provide pricing and material recommendations. - Drive continuous improvement of procurement workflows and processes; report progress and risks to CTO.
