HR Generalist needed at a Distribution Center in Ashland, Virginia. The HR Generalist will support the HR department across employee relations, training, benefits, recruiting, compliance, and performance management, advising employees, supervisors, and managers on HR issues. The role collaborates with HR colleagues to deliver value-added services aligned with business objectives and may back up the HR Manager as needed.

Responsibilities include: - Conducting employee relations counseling and investigations - Developing and delivering training - Administering leaves of absence, workers' compensation, and payroll for employees on LOA or WC - Maintaining accurate data in the Leave Source System - Assisting with implementation of HR policies and procedures - Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and reporting - Supporting safety, wellness, and health programs - Participating in setting HR goals and processes - Performing other duties as assigned - Maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating professionalism and adaptability
