We are seeking a committed candidate to contribute their skills in a fast-paced and growing organization. As a Product Manager, you will own the profitability and performance of assigned personal auto states through pricing, product development, and regulatory strategies. You will identify opportunities to improve loss ratio, retention, and growth through rate and product adjustments. You will lead the development and submission of rate and rule filings via SERFF. You will align product goals with company objectives, regulatory requirements, and profitability targets. You will collaborate with Marketing, Underwriting, Claims, IT, Legal, vendors, etc. to design, price, and implement product features and support day-to-day operations. You will maintain effective relationships with state insurance departments and manage regulatory communications and inquiries.
