Roku is the TV streaming platform in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, and powers entertainment across the world. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and drive critical areas within the Recommendations team. You will define product strategy, lead experiments, and deliver measurable outcomes that drive viewer engagement and business value across ad-supported, subscription, and TVOD/PVOD models. This high-ownership, high-visibility role works across multiple surfaces and partners with engineering, UX, data science, content, business, and cross-functional PMs to shape Roku's recommendations platform for users and the business.

You will define product strategy, lead experiments, and deliver measurable outcomes that drive viewer engagement and business value across ad-supported, subscription, and TVOD/PVOD models. This high-ownership, high-visibility role works across multiple surfaces and partners with engineering, UX, data science, content, business, and cross-functional PMs to shape Roku's recommendations platform for users and the business.

What You’ll Be Doing: - Define product strategy and roadmap for Platform Recommendations, focusing on engagement and monetization. - Identify problems across surfaces and develop data-backed recommendations. - Drive outcomes from strategic themes with analysis, recommendations, and leadership-ready proposals. - Articulate customer and business problems, evaluate options, and develop roadmaps. - Define KPIs and defend them; design experiments end-to-end; move experiments to decisions; maintain alignment with ML Research, Engineering, Merchandising, Analytics. - Communicate clearly; keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, blockers, and options. - Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists on ranking, optimization, and feature engineering. - Demonstrate ownership and bias to action; move quickly to deliver
