Position Overview The Inside Sales Associate serves existing and potential customers by facilitating the sale of SES products and solutions, while maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge. You will represent SES through phone, email, eCommerce, and in-person interactions, helping customers grow their businesses profitably and increasing throughput to support SES goals.

Position Overview The Inside Sales Associate serves existing and potential customers by facilitating the sale of SES products and solutions, while maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge. You will represent SES through phone, email, eCommerce, and in-person interactions, helping customers grow their businesses profitably and increasing throughput to support SES goals.

What You’ll Do - Maintain and support existing business relationships and develop new ones to generate incremental business. - Make outbound calls and/or in-person visits to customers within the assigned area/territory; follow up on leads promptly. - Touch base with customers monthly, or as determined by the business. - Achieve personal sales and gross margin targets as set by the Branch Manager and Sales Manager; participate in commission plans. - Use Relationship Management (RM) systems to track and convert leads. - Follow up on quotes and orders; resolve customer issues with effective solutions. - Follow established credit policies, including PCI compliance, to protect customers and SES. - Coordinate sales efforts with Sales Management, Marketing, Accounting, and Logistics. - Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and grow product knowledge through ongoing tra
