Technical Learning Program Manager
Summary: The Technical Learning Program Manager is responsible for the strategic administration, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization's technical training programs, learning systems, and compliance processes. This role serves as the subject matter expert for technical learning administration, partnering with Operations, Technical Training, Safety, Compliance, and manufacturer representatives to develop standardized training strategies, establish operational standards, and ensure regulatory and organizational compliance.

Summary: The Technical Learning Program Manager is responsible for the strategic administration, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization's technical training programs, learning systems, and compliance processes. This role serves as the subject matter expert for technical learning administration, partnering with Operations, Technical Training, Safety, Compliance, and manufacturer representatives to develop standardized training strategies, establish operational standards, and ensure regulatory and organizational compliance.
Key responsibilities: - Training Program Administration & Coordination: coordinate manufacturer training programs, including scheduling, enrollment management, certification tracking, and training portal administration; serve as the primary liaison between manufacturers, internal stakeholders, and field personnel; lead relationships with manufacturers, negotiating schedules and opportunities; establish an annual schedule of manufacturer-led training opportunities; evaluate offerings for organizational applicability; support pre-engineered and fire extinguisher training programs; lead cross-functional improvement initiatives; research industry best practices. - Training Compliance, Tracking & Reporting: administer and maintain training records, LMS data, and reporting to ensure compliance; monitor progress, completion status, and certification requirements; analyze trends to identify skill gaps and recommend corrective actions; id
