At Tactile Medical, we develop at-home therapy devices for lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency, and respiratory illnesses. The Territory Account Manager is responsible for selling Tactile Medical devices and educating physicians, clinicians, and patients about our clinically proven therapies that improve quality of life for individuals with lymphedema.

Responsibilities

Qualifications: Education & Experience Required: Preferred:

Conduct full-cycle consultative sales, including prospecting, scheduling and attending meetings, product demonstrations, in-service trainings, closing, and follow-up.
Partner with physicians, therapists, and other clinicians to raise awareness and educate about the Flexitouch System and other Tactile Medical products and services.
Provide in-home product demonstrations and assist patients with questions.
Support sales strategies and execution to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Support customer education in disease states, treatment protocols, reimbursement requirements, and related areas.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience (4 years)
1+ years of outside or inside sales experience, OR
2+ years of patient-facing clinical experience, OR
1+ years of Tactile Medical patient-facing or sales support experience
Outside sales experience with in-person product demonstrations
Clinical experience working directly with lymphedema patients (e.g., nurse, CLT, PTA, PT,
