Based in Midland, Texas, Saber Power Services seeks a Project Manager to oversee and direct all phases of high-voltage substation and transmission projects, including renewable energy and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) initiatives. The successful candidate will manage project planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Primary duties include project planning and execution; contract and budget management; stakeholder communication; risk and issue management; quality control and compliance; strategy and decision-making; and continuous improvement of project management processes. Qualifications include at least 4 years of relevant project management experience in high-voltage substation and transmission projects within an EPC environment; experience with grid integration, energy storage technologies, and energy management systems preferred; a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Project Management, or Construction Management (MBA and PMP/PE preferred); strong leadership and communication skills; proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office; and willingness to travel occasionally.
