At SERVPRO Team Wall, we help restore peace of mind for homeowners. We are seeking a Residential Account Manager who thrives in building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, and guiding homeowners through the restoration process from initial lead to project completion. This is an on-site role based in Baltimore County, Maryland, United States, and you will manage residential mitigation and reconstruction projects as the trusted advisor for homeowners throughout the journey. Key responsibilities: - Convert residential leads into signed contracts - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, adjusters, and internal teams - Present estimates, follow up with customers, and close sales - Provide regular project updates and ensure a top-tier customer experience - Support invoicing, collections, and project documentation - Collaborate daily with Operations, Estimating, and Intake teams
What we’re looking for: - Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills - Ability to balance customer needs with internal processes - Knowledge of restoration, insurance, or construction industries a plus - Solution-driven mindset with patience, urgency, and professionalism - Ability to attend daily/weekly team meetings and occasional travel
