Key responsibilities: - Deliver advanced multi-platform support across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, resolving issues onsite and remotely. - Lead troubleshooting and escalation management; coordinate with infrastructure and application teams. - Maintain and optimize Office IT infrastructure, including video conferencing, network connectivity, and shared office technologies; ensure meeting spaces support hybrid work. - Represent IT in cross-functional projects; provide input on planning, implementation, and post-deployment support. - Maintain documentation and knowledge sharing; create SOPs and troubleshooting guides; mentor peers. - Provide regional onsite support; travel to regional offices as needed to deploy and support initiatives. - Ensure consistent service standards across locations.
