You will define the product vision and strategy, manage dependencies, coordinate with product, engineering, and control functions, and ensure solutions meet risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include: - Leading end-to-end delivery processes (intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, feasibility assessment, and performance reporting) and escalating opportunities to improve efficiency and cross-functional coordination - Overseeing change management activities across functional partners to ensure adherence to risk and regulatory requirements - Managing timelines, dependencies, resourcing, blockers, and stakeholder communications - Defining and communicating product vision for authentication and authorization that improve user experience and security - Maintaining clear product backlogs (epics and stories) with acceptance criteria and providing timely progress updates, risks, and mitigation plans - Leading customer and stakeholder discovery, translating insights into a prioritized roadmap, and acting as the voice of the customer - Translating constraints and opportunities, including AI/automation potential, into scalable product practices and standards - Collaborating with product, engineering, and functional partners to manage cross-team dependencies and outcomes
