Responsibilities include:
- Strategic Leadership and Governance: serve as the senior leader responsible for service delivery to meet or exceed client goals and business strategies; maintain contract knowledge to ensure compliance and seamless service; represent the contractor in governance meetings with authoritative leadership; engage directly with client executives to align operational delivery with strategic IT initiatives. - Program Oversight and Execution: manage technical, schedule, and financial aspects of IT service delivery; ensure SLAs are met; oversee full IT lifecycle services including cybersecurity programs, IT operations, project/portfolio management, enterprise services, data center operations, infrastructure and cloud migrations; allocate contractor resources as needed; lead risk management and contingency planning. - Client Relationship Management: act as the primary point of contact for client leadership; maintain transparent communication and address issues promptly; build strong relationships with
