Responsibilities include: contacting customers to schedule measurements, visiting job sites following safety guidelines, securing machines for undercarriage work, measuring all components, loading measurements into CTS Pro, informing customers of undercarriage status, and reporting findings to the appropriate PSSR. Additional duties include writing service reports after job completion, maintaining a clean work area, participating in safety programs, and performing other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Candidate profile: mechanical aptitude, well-organized, and able to work safely with caustic materials. Basic computer skills (email, internet, data entry) and the ability to read and follow service material instructions or quotes are required. You should be able to multitask, problem-solve, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds. Prior experience in a shop setting (auto/truck/heavy equipment/rental) and, ideally, experience as a heavy equipment technician are preferred.
