Oversee project budgets, cost forecasts, billing, labor productivity, committed costs, and profitability.

Coordinate field supervisors, electricians, subcontractors, vendors, general contractors, and internal teams.

Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, scopes of work, and project schedules.

Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, project documentation, and closeout requirements.

Collaborate with estimating and BIM/VDC teams to ensure accurate scope, coordination, and field execution.

Lead project meetings and maintain communication with clients, inspectors, design teams, and company leadership.

Identify and resolve schedule, labor, material, coordination, and budget
