Program Manager is the senior executive responsible for the overall management, direction, coordination, quality assurance, and successful execution of all contract requirements. The PM serves as the primary interface between Government stakeholders and contractor personnel, ensuring technical, operational, financial, staffing, security, and reporting requirements are delivered in accordance with contract objectives and mission priorities. This role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all program activities supporting FBI and DOJ missions, maintains effective communication with Government stakeholders, manages program risks, monitors performance metrics, oversees workforce management, and ensures contract deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
