Responsibilities include testing and verifying software, system, and product performance to meet customer requirements; supporting sensor installation, wiring, configuration, calibration, and system setup for customer applications; maintaining, developing, and updating technical documentation and knowledge-base content related to common issues, solutions, and best practices; and collaborating with engineering and product teams to communicate customer feedback and drive product improvements. The role may involve customer training and demonstrations, participation in pre-sales and post-sales activities as needed, and occasional travel to domestic and international locations. Requirements include a technical degree in electronics/engineering or equivalent training, experience in data acquisition, sensors, or embedded systems; ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate professionally; willingness to travel domestically and internationally; ITAR compliance as defined for U.S. export controls.
