Eligibility: - A career break of at least two years - Intent to return to a full-time role at TI after the program - U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available now or in the future)

Role overview: Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Cost Accountant to join a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage monthly and quarterly close, P&L and balance sheet actuals, inventory valuation, audits, pricing, and compliance with internal controls and GAAP
Own OTC and AIP pricing activities, including new material setup, quarterly pricing cycle, and impact analysis
Support contract accounting requirements for licensing, cost tracking, reimbursement (NRE), royalty implications, and inventory tracking
Determine need for balance sheet adjustments such as inventory reserves, expense accruals, prepaids, and capital accruals
Collaborate with finance and management on operation performance reviews, cost reduction activities, and ad hoc analysis
