We are seeking a self-motivated Community Manager to oversee the Paseo de Paz Apartment Community in Kerrville, Texas. Responsibilities include managing on-site staff, leading leasing and marketing activities, conducting market analysis, coordinating resident relations, and preparing and managing property budgets. Duties also involve ensuring property maintenance, enforcing lease obligations, upholding Fair Housing laws, supervising maintenance staff, ensuring units are market-ready, promoting safety, conducting inspections, bidding and managing vendor contracts, training office staff in sales and marketing, producing required reports, and handling rental collection and invoicing. Qualifications include Tax Credit and HUD experience, Yardi Voyager experience, strong financial management skills (budgeting, forecasting, cost control), ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, professional communication with residents, vendors and staff, proficiency with Microsoft Office, willingness to work weekends/holidays, ability to travel for training/meetings, High School diploma or equivalent (some college preferred), minimum of 3 years as Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager, reliable transportation, and background screening and drug test.
