Role: You will be the technical backbone supporting field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex electro‑mechanical equipment, computer systems, software, and networked or wireless systems. You will respond when first‑line support cannot isolate or fix issues, and you will report design, reliability, and maintenance problems to design or software engineering. You will participate in customer installations and training, and you will create and update documentation and reports for field service engineers and customers. Lam Electrofill experience is preferred.

Travel: This position may require travel, with short notice (~25–30% travel worldwide).

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of related experience, or advanced degree with relevant experience; or equivalent work experience. - Experience in electro‑mechanical system design and manufacturing; systems engineering and integration; statistical methods for modeling; SPC; DOE; vacuum systems; and/or semiconductors. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English; strong presentation skills. - Structured problem solving (8D methodology preferred). - Ability to work in a multicultural environment with external and internal customers; service‑ori
