The role reports to the Senior Project Manager or Project Executive and supervises the Assistant Project Manager and Jobsite Office Assistant. Responsibilities include managing the submittal and RFI processes, coordinating material deliveries, documenting progress, developing and controlling schedules and budgets, enforcing safety, and handling change and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree with at least three years of relevant experience (or a four-year non-relevant degree with at least five years of relevant experience), OSHA 10, and proficiency in Primavera P6, Timberline PJ, Viewpoint, Navisworks, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Word/Excel. Strong understanding of quantity take-offs, subcontractor solicitation, contract language, risk management, and construction surveying/layout is required. The position may be based on-site at the jobsite or at a corporate or regional office in Burke County, Georgia. Advancement typically leads to Senior Project Manager.
