About the role
Sales Manager position in Brooklyn Heights, Ohio, United States. You will lead and develop a team of Outside Sales Representatives on the front lines of building Customers for Life in your territory. The role focuses on developing and executing sales plans, coaching reps, and driving new account growth.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Develop and implement annual Sales Plans and monitor quarterly progress with the General Manager and other designated recipients.
- Coach and manage salespeople to maintain contact and secure appointments with assigned accounts; take ownership of Target Accounts when needed.
- Join sales calls to observe skills and help reps create action plans for improvement.
- Conduct product knowledge and selling skills training at weekly meetings.
- Conduct formal weekly evaluations of overall sales performance and assist reps in developing improvement plans.
- Achieve location’s new account sales quotas.
- Maintain budgeted staffing levels.
- Perform other sales-related tasks and assist other Sales Managers or department leaders as needed.
- Vehicle mileage and cell phone reimbursement

- 4-year college degree preferred
- 3+ years of successful B2B new account sales with 2+ years in sales management preferred
- Valid non-commercial driver’s lice
