Technical Project Manager
Key Responsibilities - Align requirements and maintain traceability across Product, Engineering, and Services to ensure end-to-end visibility from requirements to design, build, test, and customer sign-off. - Run delivery governance: manage the delivery rhythm, risk register, dependencies, and go/no-go checkpoints; align cadence with the customer’s sprint and PI-planning. - Coordinate testing: lead end-to-end testing across teams, including system integration testing, bill validation, and user acceptance testing; define a joint definition of done and a clear defect-resolution process; support the customer’s testing cycles. - Manage environments: define environment strategy across dev, test, UAT, and production; oversee promotion and release workflows to keep environments stable for testing and live demos. - Orchestrate quality: embed “quality is everyone’s job” into operations; maintain traceability and drive release readiness. - Bridge customer and UAT communication: act as the primary liaison between Gigawatt and the customer’s business and UAT teams; coordinate validation and sign-off tracking; keep the customer informed on cadence and commitments. - Partner cross-functionally: establish a clear RACI so teams own their deliverables and translate delivery learnings into feedback for Product and Engineering.
