Description: We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support the Regional Sales Manager in executing the sales proposal process and managing CRM activities for our North American customers and distribution network. The role involves assisting with pipeline management, preparing proposals, and coordinating project scope and schedule. The position requires collaboration with regional sales managers, resellers, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and smooth handoffs after purchase orders.

- Provide sales support to the Regional Sales Manager to maximize regional budget performance
- Communicate technical information to customers, resellers and internal departments
- Prepare proposals using our Sales Run quotation software
- Plan and communicate project scope of work and schedules
- Assist with sales pipeline management
- Coordinate with regional managers and project coordinators on receipt of purchase orders
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- 3 years of CRM experience including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and data management
- Experience with sales quotation tools and MS Office; strong business writing
- Ability to work in a team, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
