LTK is seeking a Creator Success Program Manager to partner with leadership to design and deliver scalable education, onboarding, accelerator programs, webinars, and community experiences that help creators grow their businesses on LTK. This role requires exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills, and a deep understanding of the creator economy and the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously. Responsibilities include developing and executing creator education programs, onboarding and accelerator initiatives, webinars, and scalable learning experiences; delivering engaging workshops and coaching that drive creator growth and platform adoption; leading programming for events such as LTKCon, including curriculum development, presentations, speaker preparation, and onsite execution; creating polished presentations, educational resources, playbooks, dashboards, and sales enablement materials for creators and internal teams; serving as a trusted expert on the LTK platform and creator economy and translating product updates into actionable education; collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Community, and Creator Success teams to improve programs; analyzing creator feedback and program performance to identify opportunities and measure impact; managing multiple high-impact projects with strong organization and attention to detail; and traveling as needed to support onboarding, creator events, LTKCon, and other initiatives.
