Intervala is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support our industrial and data center customers in Mount Pleasant Township, Pennsylvania, on-site. You will prepare and manage customer quotations by reviewing RFQs/RFPs, gathering pricing, and coordinating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations; serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts; manage orders from inquiry through delivery; communicate order status, pricing, lead times, product availability, and shipping updates; partner with Engineering, Planning, Production, and Sourcing to ensure accurate quotes and successful order execution; track quote activity, turnaround times, and conversion rates to support business growth; resolve customer issues, expedite orders, and identify solutions; maintain accurate customer records within ERP systems; and build strong, long-term relationships to support company growth.
