CQ Medical develops products that aid in positioning, motion management, and treatment accuracy for patients receiving radiation oncology treatments. Our products are used globally, and we are a leader in the market we serve. This role responds to customer inquiries, enters orders, schedules shipments, resolves and documents complaints, provides information to customers, and partners with field Territory Sales Managers to upsell and cross-sell when appropriate to the clinician’s patient needs. The Inside Sales role works closely with the field sales team to support the overall execution of workload and to achieve Sales department goals. This position reports to the Director of People and Product Support. Key duties include delivering world-class customer care to radiation oncology professionals and hospital buyers; learning a complex product portfolio to guide customers; identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities; entering orders in the CRM; coordinating demos and product returns; maintaining professional communication between the Customer’s Territory Sales Manager and the customer; tracking and resolving customer questions; escalating issues as needed; assisting in the daily operation of the department; and providing feedback on product coverage, customer coverage, and competitive information.
