Senior Project Manager for FHWA Research Communications will lead a high-visibility program delivering research communications, publications, web content, and stakeholder outreach in support of FHWA's Office of Research, Development, and Technology and the Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center. The role oversees a portfolio of technical publications, marketing materials, Public Roads magazine support, digital campaigns, newsletters, event materials, and multimedia products, ensuring all work is delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with FHWA, TFHRC, Section 508, branding, and publishing standards. The successful candidate will provide strategic planning, resource allocation, schedule management, quality oversight, risk management, and direct coordination with Government Contracting Officers, CORs, Task Managers, researchers, editors, designers, web specialists, and other communications staff.
