Behavioral Health Account Manager Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with flexibility as needed
Salary
$52,000 per year ViaQuest Circle of Care delivers a range of innovative behavioral health services, and our team works to ensure that the people we serve are active participants in their care. Responsibilities include: assisting facilities and referral sources with administrative duties, obtaining consents for services, presenting information about services to groups and individuals, meeting with facilities, attending conferences and marketing events, distributing company literature, and fostering relationships with community providers; tracking referral data and outcomes; following up with referral sources and patients to ensure quality service; collaborating with internal teams to market current programs; coordinating promotional activities with the marketing department; responding to questions, complaints, and inquiries from families and providers; researching opportunities to exhibit and promote services.
