This client-facing technical support role focuses on resolving issues in a timely and effective manner while managing client expectations throughout the process. Our Managed Technical Services team supports our clients' technology needs to enable growth. What You Will Do: Analyze and troubleshoot clients’ critical IT hardware and software issues on-site or remotely as required; document, review, and report service tickets to support process improvements; provide feedback on customer issues and process inefficiencies in collaboration with internal delivery teams; maintain technical certifications aligned with hardware and software trends; participate in process improvements and procedures for efficient service delivery; verify information, document accurately, and stay organized; participate in training and development; travel expectations; perform other duties as assigned.
