Responsibilities

• Billing & Accounts Receivable: prepare and issue weekly client invoices, upload invoices to client portals, apply client payments to outstanding invoices, assist with AR activities and invoice tracking, and provide administrative support related to project billing.
• Project Accounting Support: set up new projects in Deltek Vantagepoint per contract terms, maintain project billing terms, monitor budgets and identify potential over-budget conditions, assist with contract administration and change orders, reconcile project transactions, and assist with project closeout and audit requests.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related accounting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication; excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new systems
