Catering Sales Manager is responsible for achieving catering and banquet revenue goals for the property. The role involves effectively soliciting and securing new accounts and servicing clients and groups where applicable. The Catering Sales Manager collaborates with the Director of Sales or Director of Catering to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals across one or more properties. The focus of catering sales may vary by property (Social, Corporate, Business, SMERF).

Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior catering sales experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiation, and the ability to influence hotel guests and corporate clients. Valid driver’s license required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with strong organization and presentation skills.
