Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen and dining operations; ensure high-quality food service.
• Oversee menu planning, food production, portion control, and presentation in a high-volume environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
• Monitor food costs, inventory, ordering, and waste control.
• Support and mentor Head Cooks and kitchen leadership staff.
• Manage housekeeping to maintain clean, sanitary living quarters and common areas.
• Ensure cleaning schedules, staffing levels, and quality standards are met.
• Address service issues promptly and professionally.
• Supervise, coach, and develop food service and housekeeping staff; ensure staffing, training, and onboarding.
• Lead performance management, recognition, corrective action, and HR coordination.
• Foster a respectful, safety-focused, and team-oriented work environment.
• Serve as the primary onsite leader for food and housekeeping services.
