As a Project Manager with Flatiron, you will oversee a single project contract from start to finish, managing budget, schedule, and resources, and collaborating with owners, stakeholders, and field teams to meet contract specifications and safety standards.

What you will be doing - Oversee all aspects of the project including construction, budget, and cash management, ensuring compliance with the contract and owner needs. - Develop and manage the project schedule, pay estimates, procedures, staffing, and equipment resources for timely production. - Review initial project contracts and documents for completeness; resolve conflicts and scheduling issues with the owner. - Coordinate with project personnel to update the construction schedule and adjust for change orders; collaborate with Area Manager on cost or schedule changes. - Prepare monthly cost and revenue forecasts and reports for Flatiron leadership. - Build strong relationships with internal departments and the project owner to support the work plan and payment schedule. - Review and approve all media releases related to the project. - Serve as primary contact for third-party stakeholders (landowners, local business owners, and government agencies). - Conduct daily/weekly safety checks at the project site to ensure safety program compliance and facilitate safety reviews. - Coordinate with the project superintendent to identify staffing and equipment needs
