This on-site role will be based in Tukwila, WA, with most work conducted at Sabey's Tukwila headquarters and occasional travel to campuses and project sites. You will help create short-form and long-form video content that showcases Sabey's people, projects, customers, and community impact across multiple platforms and formats. As one of the first hires on the team, you will collaborate with the Senior Video Producer and work with marketing, communications, and design partners to bring stories to life. The position offers hands-on experience across planning, field capture, editing, finishing, and publishing, including content such as social media campaigns, documentary-style storytelling, customer case studies, and branded video series. Your contributions will include editing for LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other platforms; assisting with long-form features; applying color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, lower thirds, and captions; utilizing AI-assisted production tools for editing, transcription, voiceover, translation, and captioning within brand guidelines; capturing interviews, B-roll, facility footage, customer environments, and community content across Sabey locations; operating cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and drones; supporting live events; maintaining production gear and travel readiness; organizing, tagging, and managing digital media assets; ensuring consistent visual identity and content quality; partnering with marketing and communications to
