About the role

autarc is a Berlin-based climate-tech startup developing the leading OS for heat pump installers, enabling a more digital and efficient installation process to decarbonize buildings across Europe. We are expanding into the Italian market and are seeking an Account Executive (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin to sell our AI-powered end-to-end software to heating and PV installers in the renewable energy sector.

We are expanding into the Italian market and are seeking an Account Executive (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin to sell our AI-powered end-to-end software to heating and PV installers in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through product demonstrations, needs assessment, proposal, negotiation, activation, and billing.

Present and explain our SaaS solution, identify customer needs, and map them to our software offerings.

Maintain our CRM and keep opportunities up to date; monitor KPIs and prepare regular sales reports.

Collaborate closely with the founding team and contribute to market expansion efforts.

Requirements

What we offer:

Experience selling B2B software or technical products; you have a hunter mentality with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of independent work; excellent communicator who can guide conversations to a favorable outcome.
Interest in the energy/heating market or eagerness to learn more.
Fluency in Italian (spoken and written).
Growth-oriented environment with significant responsibility in a fast-growing climate-tech startup, backed by leading investors.
