Regional Sales Manager – Lakeshore is seeking an energetic and talented professional to expand our reach in the K-12 educational market. In this role, you will cultivate new and existing relationships with school districts and educational programs, serving our customers in the early childhood and educational markets while exploring opportunities in middle schools and high schools. The position offers a base salary with uncapped commissions. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sales experience, a bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred), and excellent presentation and communication skills. You will reside in Fresno, CA (or Clovis, CA) and travel within the territory as needed, including 2–3 overnight stays per week. Responsibilities include securing new business, partnering with internal resources to drive sales, maintaining relationships within the assigned territory, collaborating with leadership on sales strategies, and representing the Lakeshore brand at local, state, and national conferences.
